maiden voyage

the new steed got to hangout with all the other bikes at platte today. i had just finished wrapping the bars @ 530am and headed out to catch up with showen and the boys. i would not recommend doing 70+ miles of gravel and b-roads for a maiden voyage but that's what i did. i lucked out though, as the bike rode extremely well. nothing rattled loose, the lockring stayed put, and my position was dialed in pretty close from the get-go.

dude, that is a pimpin' rig. classic look with those drop bars and brooks saddle. running it fixed gear?

just ordered up a pair of 700x44 mutano raptors for the cross check. can't wait to see how it looks and rides with those hoops.

Lookin' good. How you are liking the big wheels?

What did you Roger sell for?

yo len, i'm not man enough to run fixed offroad. i'm just using the wheels off the roger so it's a ss cassette in back. 34x16 gear

c-bread, you should have thrown down a bid, it went pretty cheap.
