why are orange bicycles cool? well because of Eddy Merckx ofcourse! and as for why his most famous track bike is enshrined in a subway station in Brussels? it all happened on October 25, 1972.

annual night of fun

last saturday night was the annual beer ride... not that beer was really involved... really. i mean, i myself don't drink, but i think everyone else did. we had about 50-70 peeps total, maybe more. this pic was taken by one of the dudes (bdiddy, great pic man! his blog is here) as we started out from downtown. what a night.. i got home around 3am.
